Career with MDH Home Services

We help busy families with the household tasks such as:

  • Meal Preparation and Cooking

  • Menu planning

  • Grocery shopping- online

  • Laundry

  • Organization/decluttering

  • Housekeeping


 

PAY AND SCHEDULE:

Each personal chef & laundry provider position takes between 2-8 hours of time per shift. You will be paid a flat-rate that equates to between $16-$40 per hour dependent on your experience, your time efficiency, the quality of your work, and the tasks involved.

Home organizers will be booking monthly services and able to take on one client per day of the month! Very competitive pay, we do the legwork getting you booked, and you are insured with us.

Housekeeper & laundry providers can look for $16-$25 per hour dependent on your experience, your time efficiency, the quality of your work, and the tasks involved.

 

You can take on as many or as little clients as you want weekly! Minimum commitment would be twice a week.

 

This should be supplemental income to start with the opportunity to fill your book.  You must be able to commit to blocking out a minimum of EIGHT hours per week for at least three months. If this works with your current job/situation, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 3 years cooking experience for personal chef positions

    • culinary degree or equivalent life cooking experience

    • A large repertoire of cuisine.

  • For organizer positions- a minimum of 3 years organizing experience and able to provide a portfolio or photos of relevant work

  • For housekeeper positions- a minimum of 3 years professional experience

  • Owns a reliable vehicle that is not shared with others.

  • Availability to travel within 25 miles of the Greater Philadelphia area.

  • Owns a smartphone and is skilled with technology to utilize our app.

  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

  • Fluent in conversational English language

  • Availability a minimum of 2 days a week between 9am and 3pm (Mondays and Tuesdays 8am to 6pm preferred),
